Now, having the strategic business partnership with LG home appliances & air condition business, Company is looking for experienced, qualified and dynamic individuals with passion to grow to strengthen its marketing department in the following positions.
1. Oracle Developer - Location: Lahore
Role Specific:
- Design, development and creation of custom forms/reports based on business requirements.
- Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning of Oracle reporting databases.
- Creation, reviewing and tuning SQL and PL/SQL queries and routines.
- Designing database packages and procedures.
- Provision of support and assistance to development team in the design, development, testing, tuning
and implementation of database applications - Writing ad‐hoc queries based on schema knowledge for various reporting requirements. Writing /
Tuning data ingestion procedures from external suppliers and partners using PL/SQL, sql loader, 3rd
party tools eg. Toad etc - Required to deal with complex data models and object relational database mapping, while producing
complex reports - Ensures that all deliverables are thoroughly documented
Qualification:
- BCS/MCS or equivalent
Experience
- 1 ~ 3 years work experience
- Experience of using Business Objects and report building functions.
- Experience of BI reports creation and publishing
- In‐depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL including performance tuning.
- Experience with Unix/Linux including basic commands and shell scripting.
- Good working knowledge of job scheduling and monitoring tools.
- Experience of working with multiple projects/tasks with ability to prioritize.
- Experience of working as a team member.
Essential skills:
- In‐depth knowledge of Oracle databases (10g, 11g)
- Familiarity with Oracle specific tools and utilities like (Quest TOAD, PLSQL Developer, SQL Developer)
- Knowledge of XML and HTML
- Knowledge of web development (ASP.Net, C#, PHP, Java)

2. Manager Business Development - Location: Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team from product concept to introduction of new and modified products.
- Prepare business cases, conduct market & competitor analyses.
- Develop & initiate marketing strategies
The candidate must have:
- B.E. Mechanical or MBA from recognized university with rich experience of 8 years in HVAC.
- Excellent management skills with ability to continually multi tasking.
- High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
3. Sales Engineers - Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification and development of new business leads
- Liaison with consultants for designing of HVAC System with new concepts, specifications and design tools.
- Liaison with customers /end users for providing HVAC & control solutions, TCO & Life Cycle.
- Demonstrated ability with value engineering optimization to manage strategic partnership with major service providers like architects, builders, consulting engineers, contractors, government officials, industries, oil & gas, airports, hotels, hospitals, commercial complexes and education facilities etc.
The candidate must have:
- B.E. Mechanical with rich experience of 4 years in HVAC Product Sales.
- Knowledge & Concepts of HVAC Products.
- Exceptional relationship building ability, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
4. Application Engineers - Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HVAC application software by selecting equipments like Chillers, AHUs & FCUs etc.
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals and follow ups.
- Communicate and discuss technical issues with our Principal, Carrier.
- Prepare / Arrange presentations to customers & consultants.

5. Planning Officer (2 positions)
Applicant must have:
- B.Sc Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 3 years of industry experience.
- Proven track record of material planning and control.
- In depth knowledge & experience of import and local buying.
- Proven record of production line material control from issuance to finish goods.
6. Sr. Engineer Maintenance (1 position)
Applicant must have:
- B.Sc Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of computer and maintenance related softwares like PLC etc.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pnumatics, air compressor, generator, CNC machines and hardware materials.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance processes/schedules.
7. Sr. Plastic Engineer (1 position)
Applicant must have:
- B.Tech / B.Sc Mechanical / Polymer Engineering degree with minimum 8 to 10 years of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge and in depth experience of plastics and injection moulding.
8. Production Engineer (2 positions)
Applicant must have:
- B.Tech, B.Sc Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 2 to 4 years of industry experience.
- Proven record of production and manufacturing plant experience.
- Experience and knowledge of plastics and PU and foaming
9. Manager Exports - Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification and development of foreign business leads
- Built strategic business relationship with major overseas buyers, consulting engineers, contractors, power corporations etc.
- Negotiate and finalize the contract
- To ensure the completion of the deal in compliance of the contract within the schedule time
- Provide export sales analysis and strategic advice to support and manage the Company business growth
Applicant must have:
- BSc. Electrical/ MBA from recognized university with 7-10 years of enriched experience in International business development
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Sound management capabilities with the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional relationship building, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must have thorough knowledge of export related govt. policies, rules/regulations
- Exposure to international business
relationships/ contacts will be an added

10. Manager Sales - Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Identification and development of new business leads.
- Liaison with consultant for system designing of air conditioning controls applicable to central HVAC Systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic partnerships with major service providers like architects, builders, consulting engineers, contractors, government officials, airports, hospitals and education facilities etc.
The candidate must have:
- BSc. Electronics/ Mechanical from recognized university with 8-10 years of enriched experience in commercial building HVAC product implementation including a leadership position.
- Track record of success in implementing HVAC Systems including Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils Units, VAV boxes and pumps etc.
- Exceptional relationship building, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Project management capabilities with the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously
11. Maintenance Engineer (2 Positions)
The candidate must have:
- B.Sc Mechanical / Electronics engineering degree with minimum 2-3 years of industry experience.
- Knowledge of computer and maintenance related softwares like PLC etc
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance processes/schedules.
- Excellent Computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
